At Inundata.org I infrequently blog about various topics related to open science, ecology, R, and data visualization. I tweet more often than I blog. More often I’m busy coding up yet another model in R (you can see more activity on my GitHub page), chasing after funds, or busy revising manuscripts.
I am a quantitative terrestrial ecologist at UC Berkeley. My research focuses on fundamental questions about food web dynamics using a combination of experimental, statistical, and computational approaches.
